BookingSG can serve as a standalone service, integrated into user journeys, accessed as an engine through APIs, or combined across these integration options. These approaches are available for both citizen-facing and administrative portals.

BookingSG identified these booking needs within government digital services: ensuring availability, managing Service Providers’ or resource calendars, and enabling booking capabilities.

Our flexible integration principle also ensures maximum adaptability to meet diverse agency service delivery needs:

  • As a service: Government agencies can swiftly adopt BookingSG’s SaaS solution for streamlined booking management. Out-of-the-box features include admin portal for managing bookings and an applicant-facing portal for receiving bookings.
  • As part of a journey: Include BookingSG in user journeys by redirecting requests to BookingSG, or embed BookingSG components for specific tasks to be performed on top of pre-existing features.
  • As an engine: Integrate BookingSG into user journeys by routing requests through BookingSG or embedding its components to enhance existing features for specific tasks.
