Available Modules

BookingSG 1.0 - Appointments module

Manage bookings using different roles via our admin portal. A standard out-of-box User Interface (UI) is available for applicants to make bookings within admin-defined schedules or time-slots.

  • Booking Applicant UI

If the agency does not have their own booking interface, they can use our standard UI for applicants to authenticate and make bookings within time-slots scheduled by admin users.

  • Schedule / Time-slot management

Allows admins to manage availabilities by setting up the schedule with time-slots that are bookable by applicants. Time-slots can be set as ad-hoc or recurring. Unavailable periods can be set by admin users to indicate unavailability and remove any recurring time-slots created.

  • Service and Service Provider management

Manage Service Providers as resources providing the availabilities, and manage each Service that has been set up to provide the booking services.

  • Booking calendar

Organised calendar view that provides an overview of multiple Services or Service Providers, to optimise the management of availabilities and bookings.

  • Booking management

All bookings are consolidated in a Bookings listing page and can be filtered to suit the admin's preferred view. Admins can manage individual bookings depending on their role, access level, and the approval workflow configuration set during onboarding.

  • Reporting via .csv download

Booking listing page of all bookings can be filtered and the results can be downloaded as a .csv file for agencies' own operations or analytics purposes.

BookingSG 2.0 - Facilities module

Set up resources to manage the booking of facilities or equipment, that applicants can select and book within a specified period.

  • General User UI

Users looking to book the resources can search for available facilities and select the date and time duration to reserve the usage rights.

  • Facility/Resource management

Define and categorise resources based on type, location, and other relevant attributes, for users to find and book the specific resources they need. Admins can set up operation schemes to manage facility maintenance and unavailability schedules.

  • Bookings management

View and manage the list of upcoming and past bookings, and apply filters such as booking status or booking dates when searching through the booking records.

  • Resource booking policies

Set booking rules and policies, such as booking window, maximum booking durations, lead times, and cancellation policies.

  • Flexible booking options

Support different booking options such as recurring booking and block booking.

  • Waitlist Feature

Option to register for a waitlist spot for fully-booked resources, allowing users to be notified if a resource becomes available.
