Getting Started

To get started, all public officers can create and use AI Bots shared with them at https://aibots.gov.sg.

Before using bots that involve uploading files, make sure to review the disclaimer displayed during the bot creation process. Here are a few key guidelines to follow:

1. If your bot does not deal with high-risk responses (such as health and safety, legal matters, critical infrastructure, or security), you can begin beta testing with a selected user group.
2. For high-risk use cases, approval from AI Development Group (AIDG) is required.
3. Before full deployment (sharing with all users, within your agency or across WOG), creators must seek approval and share their testing results.

Approval requests can be submitted at https://go.gov.sg/aibots-approval.

As a bot creator, it is your responsibility to follow these guidelines and seek the necessary approvals. The AIBots team will only report bot creation details to AIDG.
