Currently, AIBots is only available on the platform. We are exploring the possibility of offering API endpoints in the future.
No, for access to OpenAI’s API, please reach out to Microsoft Azure directly.
These credentials are needed to verify your connection to the government intranet, where AIBots is hosted. If you were previously signed in, you shouldn’t need to enter them again.
Internet access is required to access the site. If you’re using a Secure GSIB, it will not support AIBots or other platforms that use OpenAI’s GPTs.
If you’re using a GoMax device, make sure your VPN is connected and that cookie tracking is disabled in your Safari settings. You might also be prompted to log in with your username and password (e.g., SOE\gt-lsong).
If you’re not using either of these devices, it’s possible that your agency’s IP needs to be whitelisted. In that case, please apply for whitelisting.
Try logging in with an Email OTP. Please note that WOG AD (Whole of Government Active Directory) is available only for certain user accounts.
If you’re not receiving the OTP, start by checking your junk or spam folder. If a colleague with the same email domain is receiving the OTP, reach out to your IT administrator to determine why the OTP isn’t being sent to you.
Make sure the file is not larger than 100MB, is classified no higher than Restricted/Sensitive-Normal, and is not password-protected or restricted from editing. You can also try copying and pasting the content into a new document and uploading again. If you’re uploading from GSIB, ensure the file is properly classified, as Menlo security may block unclassified files.
There is a batch limit of 1GB for file uploads. To resolve this, try uploading fewer files at a time.
At this time, only docx, pdf, txt, csv, and xlsx files are supported. If you need to share website content, you can download the relevant web pages as a .pdf and upload that file instead.
The bot considers previous questions within the conversation to improve responses. However, in a new conversation, the bot’s output is primarily based on the content of the uploaded documents and prompts, without incorporating previous user queries.
Simply specify “only reference [file name]” in your query to ensure the bot references only the files you want.
