Easier chatbot training process

VICA simplifies chatbot training by automatically generating variations of question-response pairs, requiring only your validation. Previously, training many chatbots was challenging due to the need for manually created question-response pairs and their variants.

Additionally, VICA can identify potential conflicts among different questions and alert you before the chatbot is launched.

Reduction of “Unknown” questions

VICA can group unknown questions into related categories, addressing the common issue of ‘unknown questions’ that chatbots encounter—instances where the chatbot fails to comprehend user inquiries and cannot offer informative responses. An excess of unknown questions diminishes the chatbot’s usefulness, as users struggle to find the information they seek.

Without VICA, manually generating appropriate responses for these queries would be burdensome.
