VICA is model-agnostic, allowing the use of different kinds of models (Gemini, OpenAI) powering products like ChatGPT. This flexibility enhances compatibility with emerging technologies, facilitating the development of improved chatbots.

The VICA widget offers a unified frontend, allowing agencies to simply provide an avatar to activate it. This helps agencies conserve resources that would otherwise be needed to develop their own chatbot frontend.
