SENSE is an end-to-end business intelligence tool that allows government officers to instantaneously obtain insights from their own databases. It converts natural language into SQL queries, enabling users to access and analyse data with ease and efficiency, without needing technical expertise and minimising resource-intensive processes, while ensuring security compliance.
SENSE offers two user groups for government agencies, with plans for progressive expansion:
Admin Users
Each agency will appoint a group of admin users who will have access to an administrative user interface and will be able to:
- Edit data field metadata in line with the latest policy changes through the Metadata Management.
- Manage user access permissions to databases.
- Monitor and review user queries using the datalog.
- Leverage data visualisation graphing tools to support business intellegence.
Typical Users
Agency users who wish to use SENSE will be registered by their designated admin users. They will have access to a chat interface that allows them to:
- Query databases using natural language in English.
- View simplified data outputs in user-friendly formats.
- Access detailed data description from the data catalogue.
- Download up to 2,000 rows of data in CSV format.
- Retrieve information from chat history and search for knowledge management.
