Event Information

STACK Developer Conference 2024 will be held from 6 to 7 November 2024.
Pre-event workshops will be held on 5 November 2024.

Registration & Ticketing

This is a ticketed event. Click here to register.

For registration of 5 tickets or more, please contact our event management partner at secretariat@govtechstack.sg. You need to complete your payment of the tickets within 7 working days after your registration is confirmed. The deadline for bulk registration is 18 Oct 2024.

There will be no refund once payment is made.

Only credit card payments via PayPal are accepted. Cheques, bank transfers, and Paylah!/PayNow will not be accepted for individual purchase.

For bulk purchase, the following details are required, and payment must be cleared within 7 working days from invoice issue date.

  • Company Name
  • Purchase Order Number (if applicable)
  • Payment Method (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, etc.)

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email via secretariat@govtechstack.sg once payment is made.

For in-person conference pass, registration will end on 4 Nov 2024.
For virtual conference pass, registration will end on 5 Nov 2024.

Note: Registration will close early if maximum capacity is reached, so we encourage early registration due to limited availability.

Virtual Platform

No, each login grants access to only one (1) device at any time. Please do not share your login details with anyone else as you will not be able to access the platform.

The minimum bandwidth of 5 Megabits per second (MBps) is required to stream the site.
It is advisable to have a bandwidth of 25 Mbps to enjoy high-definition streaming quality.

Please find the list of recommended web browsers below:

  • Google Chrome 75+ or higher
  • Safari 12.1+ or higher
  • Edge 85+ or higher
  • Mozilla Firefox 67+ or higher

Clear your web browser's cache and try accessing the platform using one of the recommended browsers. For the best viewing experience, use Google Chrome

Click on the media 'play' button to start the video and ensure that you are using a compatible browser (please refer to Question 3 for the list of recommended browsers). If this does not work, please clear your web browser's cache and try again.

  • If you are using built-in speakers on your device, please ensure that they are not muted.
  • If you are using external speakers, please ensure that they are switched on and are not muted.
  • Check that your Internet is connected and stable.
  • If you are using a mobile device, such as an iPhone, please ensure you have enough bandwidth to stream the livestream/video.
  • If you are using an Android device, an iPad or an iPhone, please ensure that you have clicked on the media 'play' button in order to begin the stream. Android and IOS devices do not allow streams to start automatically.
  • Check that your Internet is connected end stable.
  • If you are using a mobile device, such as an iPhone, please ensure you have enough bandwidth to stream the livestream/video.
  • If you are using an Android device, an iPad or an iPhone, please ensure that you have clicked on the media 'play' button in order to begin the stream. Android and IOS devices do not allow streams to start automatically.
  • If you are accessing the platform using a laptop or desktop, for optimal viewing, please ensure that the zoom level of your browser is set to 100%.
  • Open Settings and scroll down to tap on Safari.
  • Scroll down and tap on Clear History and Website Data.
  • In the pop-up, tap On Clean History and Data to confirm.
  • Restart Safari.
  • On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
  • At the top right-hand corner, tap on the 3-dot icon.
  • Tap on History, followed by Clear browsing date.
  • At the top, select a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  • Next to the Cookies and Site Data and Cached Images and Files, check the boxes.
  • Tap on Clear Data.
  • Restart your Chrome app.

Yes, the web interface is designed to be responsive across all devices. However, we highly recommend streaming the conference from your desktop or laptop for an optimal viewing experience.
If you are using a tablet or a mobile device, please view it in landscape mode.

Yes, attendees can type in and ask questions by scanning the QR code flashed on screen during the Q&A sessions.

Video recordings of all sessions will be made available after the event. Stay tuned for more details!

While speaker slides will not be shared after the event, you can watch the video recordings of all session after the event.

Your browser may block third party cookies by default. This can cause issues with video players that utilise third-party cookies and require that your browser accepts third-party cookies.
Please follow the instructions below to enable third-party cookies for all supported browsers:

Chrome (Desktop)

  • Go to Settings page: Chrome > Preferences > Privacy end security' > Cookies and other site data
  • Select "Allow all cookies"

Chrome (Android)

  • Go to Settings page: Chrome > Settings > Site Settings > Cookies
  • Select "Allow Cookies"

Safari (Mac)

  • Go to Settings page: Safari > Preferences > Privacy
  • Ensure "Prevent cross-site tracking' is disabled

Safari (IOS)

  • Go to Settings page: Settings > Safari
  • Ensure "Prevent cross-site tracking" is disabled

Firefox

  • Go to Settings page: Firefox > Preferences > Privacy & Security
  • Select "Standard" security

Edge

  • Go to Settings page: Microsite Edge > Preferences > Privacy, Search, and Services
  • Select "Balanced" tracking prevention
