How It Works

GovEntry allows you to create a customised event registration form to share with the intended attendees. Once registered, participants are captured as “allowed participants” for the event.

At the event, only “allowed participants” will be admitted. Event crew can log into the GovEntry webapp to validate the attendees using their mobile devices. It also allows them to view the registration status on the go.

As attendees check in, their attendance is automatically recorded, and reports can be downloaded through the admin portal.

GovEntry can be used for one-off event registrations or integrated with existing systems for access validation and attendance tracking.

For one-off events, agency users can create custom registration forms, have attendees RSVP, check in via mobile devices, and retrieve attendance reports from the admin portal.

For agencies with recurring or high-volume needs, integration with GovEntry is seamless via APIs and webhooks.
