Self-serve portal
With GovEntry, you can create and run your events end to end independently. The self-serve portal allows you to create your customised registration forms, collate RSVPs, check in your attendees, and retrieve your attendance report.
Self or assisted check-in
Event crews can use their mobile phones to scan the QR codes for check-ins, eliminating the need for special scanners. Attendees also have the option to check in themselves.
Email notifications for attendees
Attendees will receive personalised QR codes for entry registration.
Webapp for event crew
View live attendance and updated statistics on your mobile phones or download detailed report from the admin portal.
Roadmap
Collaboration with Optical for events listing page
For events that require sending of eDMs, event organisers will be able to broadcast event content easily with templates set up on Optical, a headless content management system that allows no-code content updates.
Registration for paid events
Payments can be collected for ticketed events through GovEntry registration form, with integration to a payment service provider.
API for your system integration
Agencies will have the flexibility to connect with GovEntry via APIs.
