Getting Started

Government Agencies

Government officers interested in learning more about FileSG or beginning to use it can submit their details and use case overview through this form. A FileSG team member will contact you after reviewing your submission.

Residents

As FileSG is a new digital document service, it currently supports the issuance of selected government documents to your FileSG account. The issuing agency will notify you when a document has been issued through FileSG. To start using FileSG, please follow the steps outlined below.

Singpass users

  1. Sign in to your FileSG account using Singpass.
  2. First-time users will need to confirm their contact details to receive notifications about updates on their documents or account from FileSG.
  3. After completing this step, you can view and download the documents issued to you.

Non Singpass users

  1. Go to FileSG’s document retrieval page.
  2. Enter the Transaction ID for the document(s) you wish to retrieve, which can be found in the issuance email.
  3. Complete the 2FA step.
  4. View and download document(s) issued to you.
