Secure electronic signatures

Sign with Singpass uses signing certificates issued by the National Certification Authority. Electronic signatures made using Sign with Singpass are regarded as secure under Singapore’s Electronic Transactions Act. The digital signature is cryptographically linked to the signer, providing businesses with assurance of the authenticity and integrity of the signed documents.

Remote signing for Singpass users

Signing with Singpass provides users with the convenience of signing documents remotely, simplifying the signing process, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency.

Adoption methods

Flexible adoption methods for government agencies and businesses. They can choose to implement Sign with Singpass in three different ways:

1. Integrate the Sign with Singpass API with internal document management systems.
2. Use Signify (for agencies only) document management products that are pre-integrated with the Sign API here
3. Use commercial document management products that are pre-integrated with the Sign API as provided by the digital signing partners listed here.
