How It Works

CFT is a backend system-to-system file transfer service. As a tenant or subscriber, you can securely transfer files to and from HTTPS or SFTP systems.

To understand how CFT works, think of it like the airport luggage screening process: each file is “screened” and moves through defined zones before reaching its destination

Transfers can occur across different zones, such as between the internet and your intranet. Each transfer is one-way only. This means that exchanging files between System A and System B requires two separate workflows:

Workflow 1: System A sends a file to System B.
Workflow 2: System B updates the file and sends it back to System A.
