How do I onboard my GCC 2.0 CSP accounts to CloudSCAPE?

CloudSCAPE is integrated with GCC 2.0 and CMP, and no additional steps are required by users to onboard their GCC 2.0 CSP accounts. However, if you have difficulties viewing your accounts in CloudSCAPE, do check that you have the appropriate CMP role assigned here.

What devices can I use to access CloudSCAPE?

Supported devices include non-SE GSIBs, GMDs, and GoMAX. SE-GSIB devices are not supported.

What role do I need in CMP to access CloudSCAPE?

You require an appropriate CMP Role for each CSP account in CMP. A Tenant Manager and Tenant Admin would need to assign you that role.

Review the access levels for CMP roles for the full list of eligible roles.

Why am I unable to see my CSP accounts?

You may not have the appropriate CMP Role assigned for the CSP account that you are trying to view.

Review the access levels for CMP roles for the full list of eligible roles.

I have a TechPass account but haven't onboarded to SEED yet. What steps should I take to onboard now?

You may follow the instructions here.

Why are my Google Cloud Platform accounts not listed in CloudSCAPE?

CloudSCAPE currently supports deployments on AWS and Azure only. Support for Google Cloud Platform will be added in the future.
