OpenCerts was the inaugural project utilising the OpenAttestation framework, enabling educational institutions to issue academic certificates conveniently. This allows students to easily share their qualifications with prospective employers.
HealthCerts for digital COVID-19 certificates
OpenAttestation was employed for HealthCerts, a set of digital standards and schemas for issuing COVID-19 certificates. These certificates comply with international standards and the requirements set by the Singapore Government.
Private sector applications
The private sector has also adopted the OpenAttestation framework on an international scale, using it for various purposes, including the issuance of academic certificates and a pilot project to assist farmers in delivering sustainable cashmere.
