The WOGAA Dashboard highlights six key metrics: page load time, transaction completion rate, customer satisfaction, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), accessibility, and system uptime. Since its launch, users have experienced a notable decrease in the time required to consolidate these essential metrics. They have also seen enhancements in accessibility and SEO and utilized feedback from WOGAA Sentiments to refine various aspects of their digital services.

WOGAA Uptime

Monitors daily uptime and downtime of digital services, instantly notifying users via email or SMS if their website becomes unavailable. This enables agencies and vendors to quickly address issues and maintain continuous public access to their digital services.

WOGAA Inspect

Produces technical scores in Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO. WOGAA Inspect also offers actionable recommendations to address areas for improvement, giving users clear next steps to enhance the usability of their digital services.

Broken Link Checker Report (Beta)

Helps website owners and agencies verify that all website links are functional and direct to the intended pages. The Broken Link Checker identifies links that result in HTTP errors, such as 404 Not Found, and generates a report detailing the broken links. This enables prompt repair or removal of broken links, enhancing user experience and search engine optimization.

WOGAA Analytics

Offers a comprehensive view of digital service performance through a user-friendly dashboard. Users can evaluate performance across WOG or focus on specific agencies for detailed analysis. Key metrics, including total visitors, average time spent, and trending pages, are presented to give insights into audience preferences and behaviors.

WOGAA Sentiments

Enables users to gather visitor feedback and ratings on their websites and digital services via a customisable widget. This qualitative feedback enhances the quantitative data users already have, offering a fuller picture of service health. Additionally, the feature includes analytics that provide insights into platform, device, country, and other audience metrics for more detailed sentiment analysis. Smart Sentiments Summary

This feature is an AI-powered summarisation tool for Sentiments feedback. It effectively condenses verbatim user feedback from a website within a chosen date range and for a specific Informational/Transactional Service. The tool distills the feedback into up to 5 key insights for straightforward identification.
