Preliminary qualitative user research for Punggol Digital District Portal

Generation of user research insights to be incorporated in the PDD Portal product development cycle for upcoming release(s), including compilation of report to be presented to stakeholders.

Deliverables

  • Discussion guide(s) for six(6) 1:1 in-depth interviews
  • Concept/usability test plans, if any
  • Discussion guide(s) and test plan(s) in the file format stated or mutually agreed upon
  • Research summary and insights, including a list of feedback/pain points identified
  • Detailed report, including any user flows, user journey maps, etc where relevant

Skills required

  • Experience designing and executing user research

  • Familiar with research techniques

  • Knowledge of UX design principles

  • Strong understanding of statistics and data

  • Experience with user research tools and software

  • Empathy and the ability to understand user needs and emotions

    *At JTC’s discretion, a penalty may be imposed for milestones not completed within the indicated deadlines.
